This privacy notice has been prepared by Private Fethiye Dental Studio Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic (the "Polyclinic"), in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
What data is processed through this website?
This website is for information purposes only. It has no forms, membership, online booking or file upload facilities for visitors, and no cookies are used for visitor tracking or advertising.
- Server logs: When you visit the site, your IP address, the date/time of your visit and the pages viewed are kept in server logs for the purposes of ensuring information security and detecting possible attacks (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); obligations under Law No. 5651).
- When you contact us: Your name and surname, contact details and the content of your message sent by telephone, email or WhatsApp are processed in order to respond to your request and arrange an appointment (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f)).
Please do not send X-rays, photographs, diagnoses or other health data through our contact channels. Your health data is processed only during examination and treatment, in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations where required by law. As the provider of the WhatsApp service is based abroad, if you write to us via WhatsApp your message is transmitted through that provider's infrastructure; if you prefer, you may use telephone or email instead.
Retention period
Server logs are kept for the period set out in the relevant legislation, and communication records for the period necessary to resolve the request; they are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to object, and to claim compensation for damage.
